About the website: After a little research, it's apparent that there should be enough internet access to be able to post on a daily basis. Ideally, members will take turns writing the weblog to provide a balanced view of the tour. Pictures will be anything of interest to us, and videos
and audio files will be posted when possible.
About messages to tour members: We will not have access to a printer, so emails will have
to be read on-screen. Remember to put the tour members' name in the subject line, and please try to be brief, as we're all sharing one laptop for reading emails and replies. Also remember
that any emails sent from tour members will have to wait until the daily posts are made.
Voltage and appliance plug adapters: Most AC adapters/charges made in the last few
years will work on European voltage. (Check the device label or instructions.) You only need
to purchase a set of plug adapters to use your device (RadioShack). Voltage "converters" are
not recommended, as they cannot generally be used on "heavy-draw" items like hair dryers. You're better off getting a travel hair dryer made for multiple voltages and a plug adapter set.
Digital Cameras: For anyone who fills the available memory of their camera, we will be able
to off-load the pictures and save them onto CD-Rom.
